All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: icdsba@yeah.net
For written cancellations received on or before 14 March, 2017, 90% of all registration costs will be refunded. 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 15 March - 10 June, 2017. After this date submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 10 June, 2017. All refunds are subject to $50 standard card processing fees.
