Please follow the format. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf or .doc) will be accepted. Short paper is 6 pages,and long paper is 10 pages. All submitted articles should report original, experimental or theoretical, previously unpublished research results.Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must be unpublished elsewhere.. Manuscripts should follow the format of the conference and are both reviewed and edited.
